us.

Thanks so much for stopping by. Ben and I planted ourselves here at Winnow about 20 years ago and love living life in the country. The air feels clean, the nights are cool and we're connected to an earthy and mindful way of moving through each day that we find nourishing and fulfilling. We spend our time creating in the art studio and tending our animals, orchard and gardens. Winnow is home to cattle and sheep, pigs, guinea fowl, chickens and ducks - some of which you may encounter during your stay.

Both Ben and I work from home, I am a painter, and when you visit Winnow's Rise, you will see lots of my artwork installed in the cabin. Ben manages the farm and many features of our cabin have been hand built by him.We are so looking forward to welcoming you into our part of the world and hope that you love it as much as we do!

our part of the world.

Winnow's Rise sits perfectly positioned to take in both the Southern Downs and Granite Belt regions. Situated 25 minutes from Warwick and 30 minutes from The Big Apple at Thulimbah means you’ll need a car to explore the surrounding towns. As you visit Winnow's Rise you might catch sight of our resident cattle and sheep. There's also a multitude of birds and wildlife that frequent these parts. Look for shy kangaroos and wallabies, spot sneaky goannas, listen for the uproarious song of Kookaburras at change of day and on occasion hear the wild call of dingos in the evening.
